| 1800-1840 | Arrival | Cadets and parents should use this time to buy supplies / ask questions of the cadet and senior staff |
| 1845-1900 | First Formation | Beginning of meeting. Promotions/ Flight Time. |

Special Considerations
Due to the size of the Savannah Cadet Program we have a rigid schedule for cadets and parents. We ask that parents and cadets abide by the following guidleines.
- Email: is the preferred method of asking questions of the senior member staff Please email any questions you have to: Staff@savannahcap.com
- Supplies: We do have a supply system for cadets they should use this to purchase items needed for thier uniforms. Cadets who need items are required to show up no later than 1815 to see the supply NCO.
- Questions: Night of meeting cadets will address all questions to the next higher cadet in thier chain of command. Parents please address your questions to the appropriate senior member befor 1835.
- The staff will not answer any questions after 1840 due to need to keep training on track.
